Terms and Conditions:
COVID-19 Policy:
For in-person sessions, if you are feeling ill/exhibiting symptoms of illness prior to your session, please contact us immediately. Your session will be postponed and rescheduled.
All clients will be asked to follow SOPs before the start of the session or class. If the temperature is above normal, or the client demonstrates any signs of illness, the client’s session will be cancelled.
By scheduling a session with us you acknowledge that we are not medical professionals and the products and services offered by Rabia Syed Clairvoyant & Spiritual coach, including but not limited to, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Meditation, Crystal/Gemstone Therapy, Intuitive Coaching, Aromatherapy, Oracle and Tarot card readings, do not replace medical care from a medical professional. The products and services offered by Rabia Syed Clairvoyant and spiritual Coach do not replace psychiatric care. The products and services offered by Rabia Syed cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. Rabia Syed is not liable for any decisions made by you the client following a session concerning your health and/or your life in general. Everything discussed during the session is to be kept completely confidential by both parties. If you are taught anything during the session, the information is not to be repeated or replicated as your own.
Privacy Notice:
No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without the written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18.
Payment Terms:
Rabia Syed Clairvoyant & Spiritual Coach accepts the following methods of payment for
- Clients in Canada: E-transfer & PayPal
- Clients in US and other countries: PayPal and Bank Transfers
- Clients in Pakistan: Bank Transfer & Easy Paisa
All payments for phone and in-person sessions are made in advance before the session, the session time will be booked after the full payment is made.
We do not provide Refunds for our services.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancelled appointments will not be refunded. Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel appointments. Clients have up to 48 hours prior to their session start time to reschedule their appointment. Please note: After TWO (2) consecutive reschedules, the client’s appointment will be marked as canceled, and the client forfeits any monies that have been paid to Rabia Syed Clairvoyant and spiritual Coach. If the client wishes to schedule another appointment, he or she will not be credited for any fee paid to secure the rescheduled appointment(s).
Liability Policy:
By booking a session with Rabia Syed clairvoyant and Spiritual Coach you the client are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of purchasing services from I understand that Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy are simple, gentle, hands-on energy techniques that are used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Intuitive Coaching sessions, Meditation, and coaching Classes are for entertainment purposes only, and does not constitute a psychic reading, nor does the session imply or guarantee that anything discussed during the session is a prediction of future events that may or may not occur during the client’s lifetime. I understand that its owner(s), employees, affiliates, and/or authorized representatives are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose conditions nor prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that the products or services provided to me by Rabia Syed Clairvoyant & spiritual Coach do not take the place of medical care. I understand that it is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that the products and services provided by us can complement, but cannot replace any medical or psychological care I may need and/or be receiving. I acknowledge that it is impossible to estimate the number of sessions I will need to resolve the issue(s) that necessitate my decision to utilize the services.
